After 3 terms (9 years) I will not be running for re-election as the Southern California Representative on the USHA Board of Directors. Without becoming to sentimental I have to say the experience has been one of finest moments in my life. I am proud of many of the acheivements we have made and grateful for the many friendships that I have made as a result of my tenure.
There comes a time when the area needs another viewpoint, another look and another person. I will be submitting several recommended successors to Tom Sove, Northern California representative, who is soliciting candidates for the position.
I will continue in the employ of the USHA as Player Development Director and I hope to renew my involvement with local activities, including a revitialization of the league and the initiation of a SCHA Youth Program.
